Accounting for each other. Account for Anything™.

We believe great work goes beyond the office. Our team members are active contributors to the communities they call home — volunteering, giving back, and driving positive change. When people feel purpose in what they do, everyone benefits.

Giving back in Colombia

The causes our Colombia team shows up for

Human-centered growth, from Bogotá to Medellín.

In Colombia, we believe people are our most valuable asset. That belief shapes the way we support our team members, and the way we show up in our communities. Between our Bogotá and Medellín offices, our people lead donation drives, volunteer their time, and partner with local organizations making a real difference throughout the year.
It’s the same spirit that drives our internal culture: an 8.8 out of 10 team member satisfaction score, more than 50% team growth over the past year, and a workplace where people are supported as whole humans — not just professionals. Corporate responsibility here starts from the inside out, and our team carries it forward every day.

Fundación Angelito de mi Guarda

At the heart of our corporate responsibility work in Colombia is our partnership with Fundación Angelito de mi Guarda, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children in vulnerable conditions. The foundation provides a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 12 from marginalized neighborhoods and impoverished municipalities, offering nutritious meals, education, healthcare, and psychosocial care. Their mission: to create a loving home where children can grow, learn, and dream freely.

Our team members show up for that mission in the ways that matter most: through regular donations, hands-on volunteerism, and an ongoing commitment to be present, not just generous.

Last November, Aprio Colombia team members spent a meaningful afternoon with the children at Fundación Angelito de mi Guarda. We painted together, shared snacks, and delivered the gifts we had lovingly collected as a team. It was a heartwarming experience that brought joy to the kids, and reminded us of the power of community and kindness.

“In Global Solutions Delivery, we treat social responsibility as a commitment — to the communities where our clients live, grow, and build their legacies. The same way we help our clients navigate the unknowns in their businesses, we believe it’s our responsibility to help address the unknowns in our communities: gaps in opportunity, gaps in resources, gaps in access. That’s what it means to truly Account for Anything™ — showing up not just for business goals, but for people.”

A positive footprint from the Philippines

What we do after hours matters, too

Building skills, strengthening communities.

Our team members in the Philippines give their time where it matters most: in classrooms, on running trails, in tree-planting fields, and across the neighborhoods they call home. Through our Learning & Development–led campaigns like Badminton for a Cause and Pledge a Kilometer, quarterly enrichment and fundraising events, and firmwide moments like Earth Day and IMPACT Week, our people find ways to grow professionally while giving back personally.
Leading the charge are our Community Champions — team members who step up to coordinate local volunteer efforts, build relationships with local nonprofits, and carry Aprio’s values into the community every day. They’re the connective tissue between our firm and the places we call home, making sure every campaign, partnership, and quiet act of service reflects who we are and what we stand for.

“I’m proud of our team and our company for the way we continue to show up for our communities and Account for Anything™. From visiting seniors and supporting the pet sanctuary to planting trees for Earth Day and leading our Future Connect Project, every effort reflects our values.

Through our partnership with a local children’s home—providing supplies, food, computers, and a scholarship—we’re creating real opportunities for underprivileged children and making a lasting difference together.”

Future Connect: Opening doors through education

Of everything our Philippines team does, Future Connect is the initiative closest to our hearts. It’s our flagship community program focused on education, skills training, and mentorship for young people who need it most.

In partnership with the Duyan ni Maria Foundation, our team members volunteer their time to teach practical, job-ready skills, from hands-on computer training in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to public speaking and confidence-building sessions that help young learners find their voice.

Beyond the classroom, our volunteers show up for on-site visits and enrichment activities. These are one-on-one moments that remind young people someone believes in them.
